Prepared from scratch with tomato, herbs, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan. The meat version is made with regeneratively-raised grass-fed beef from our friends at Perennial Pastures and the vegetarian version features our house-made Mushroom Bolognese. Bake in your home oven. One lasagna is enough for 3-4 sensible servings.
