Lasagna (a la carte)

Prepared from scratch with tomatoes, fresh-made pasta sheets, herbs, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan. The meat version is made with regeneratively raised grass-fed ground beef from Perennial Pastures and the vegetarian version has cooked hearty greens. Bake in your home oven or keep in your freezer for another day. One lasagna is enough for 3-4 sensible servings.
