Each week we offer a different assortment prepared dishes and grocery staples.
Sunshine Macro BowlSpicy marinated tofu, seasonal veg, savory brown rice, hearty greens massaged with lemon, something pickled or fermented, seeds, and miso-sesame dressing. A dish that makes for a happy belly, which in turn makes for happiness all around.
Craft Taco Dinner (for 3-4)A spread that includes everything you need for an elevated "taco" dinner; your choice of grass-fed beef or local veggie, served with savory rice, braised heirloom beans from Rio Del Rey, fresh hand-made tortillas, salsa, local avocado, and other accoutrements.
Spaghetti Bolognese (1 qt)
A soul-warming classic made with tomato, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, grass-fed beef ground in-house, aged parmesan, and lots of love. One quart of bolognese and one pound of fresh noodles makes four servings. (Bolognese and fresh-made pasta both store nicely in your freezer, if you don't want to eat it right away.)
Hand PieWe produce an assortment of sweet and savory hand pies using flaky puff pastry. A hand pie makes for the perfect light breakfast, lunch, or snack at any time of the day. Pairs nicely with a salad!
Wookie Cookie (Gluten Free*, Veg)Protein snack consisting of almonds, coconut oil, rolled oats, local honey, chocolate chips, peanut butter, cocoa, white cocoa *Produced in a facility that handles gluten
Fresh Local EggsJust got laid!
soft-boiled local egg, vegan "sausage", green onion, gluten-free flour. These muffins make for a perfect breakfast or a hearty snack.
Seven Seas Kombucha
Cactus Nectar - prickly pear, hibiscus, rooibosMade locally by a team of microbiologists who have somehow managed to make kombucha taste really, really good. It's not funky like most other kombucha that we've tasted. It's light and refreshing and has very little sugar.
Fresh Juice (pint)We cold-press your juice to-order using fresh local produce directly from local farms. Juice will last 3- 5 days in your refrigerator. Served in a reusable pint jar.

Farmstand Plate for 2-3Includes a pint of local seasonal veggies, pint of massaged hearty greens, pint of cooked grains, something pickled or fermented, nuts or seeds, dressing. Great for feeding the kids or making a quick meal during a busy workday. You can also toss everything in a pan and make a dynamite stir fry in no time flat.

Tofu of Destiny (pint)
Organic tofu from San Diego Soy Dairy roasted with our special marinade. Be careful, if you don't normally enjoy tofu, this might convert you into an unabashed tofu lover.

Order at least one day ahead
Place your order by 5:00pm for next-day delivery.
We deliver every Tuesday - Thursday from 3 - 6pm.
LuckyBolt Goes to the farms
Each week we visit local farms to gather fresh ingredients.
You are welcome to join, so drop us a line if you want to tag along and see where your ingredients are raised!
Food arrives at your door
We prepare all of your dishes from scratch and deliver to your door by 6:00PM on the day that you select for delivery. Cold dishes, like salads, are ready to eat, while hot dishes require reheating. Most items store easily in your fridge or freezer.
