A SAMPLE OF WHAT WE OFFER

Each week we offer a different assortment of prepared dishes and grocery staples.
  • Sunshine Macro Bowl
    Spicy marinated tofu, seasonal veg, savory brown rice, hearty greens massaged with lemon, something pickled or fermented, seeds, and miso-sesame dressing. A dish that makes for a happy belly, which in turn makes for happiness all around.
  • Craft Taco Dinner (for 3-4)

    A spread that includes everything you need for a delightful meal:   chicken tinga OR seasonal veggies    |    Spanish rice    |    braised heirloom beans    |    cabbage slaw    |    cotija    |   fresh corn tortillas    There's enough food to make 4 sensible plates. If you're feeding teenagers, then let's face it, there's never enough food!

  • Mushroom Bolognese (1 pint, frozen)

    A soul-warming classic made with mushrooms, tomato, carrot, onion, celery, olives, red wine, garlic, herbs, spices, and lots of love. Simply boil your pasta and toss with this bolognese for an easy meal that puts a smile on everyone's belly. Even meat eaters love this bolognese! One pint of bolognese is enough for 2-4 servings.

  • Wookie Cookie
    Protein snack consisting of almonds, coconut oil, rolled oats, local honey, chocolate chips, peanut butter, cocoa *Produced in a kitchen that handles gluten
  • Local Pasture Raised Eggs (1/2 dzn)
    Just got laid in Ramona! Pasture raised eggs from Happy Hens. You can order them either fresh (uncooked) or have us go ahead and boil them for you.
  • Howling Moon Kombucha

    Cactus Nectar - prickly pear, hibiscus, rooibos 

    Made locally by a team of microbiologists who have somehow managed to make kombucha taste really, really good. It's not funky like most other kombucha that we've tasted. It's light and refreshing and has very little sugar. NOTE: Howling Moon was formerly Seven Seas, but they changed their name in early 2021.
  • California Gold Granola (1 lb)
    House-made: Organic rolled oats, puffed millet, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds, raisins, coated with turmeric, cinnamon, cardamon, sea salt, maple syrup, and olive oil then toasted to golden goodness and guaranteed to get your day off to a great start or help you power through the afternoon as a snack.
  • Build Your Own Bowls
    A versatile bundle of prepared ingredients that you can use for savory breakfast bowls, easy lunch bowls, or a delicious stir-fry for dinner. Includes a cooked  vegetable, savory whole grains, hearty greens massaged with lemon, pickled local vegetable, toasted seeds, and miso-citrus dressing. There's enough ingredients to make four sensible servings.
  • Bowl of Goodness
    A delicious and nourishing meal any time of day. Includes quinoa cooked in vegan dashi, cooked seasonal vegetable, hearty greens massaged with preserved lemon, pickled vegetable (e.g. onion), and miso-tahini dressing.

A Peek at this week's specials

  • Lasagna Dinner (serves 2-3)
    Prepared from scratch with tomato, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs. Dinner comes with a cooked vegetable and a nice fresh salad of local greens and vinaigrette. The beef lasagna is made with regeneratively raised grass-fed ground beef from our friends at Perennial Pastures and the vegetarian version features our house-made Mushroom Bolognese.
  • Lasagna Plate (for 1)
    Prepared from scratch with tomato, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs. Plate comes with cooked local broccolini. Food arrives at your door

We prepare all of your dishes from scratch and deliver to your door by 6:00PM. Cold dishes, like salads, are ready to eat, while hot dishes require reheating. Meals will keep in your fridge for 3-5 days or in your freezer for several months.
