Our terms are simple. By using Luckybolt you agree not to hold The Luckybolt Company liable for any damages that you incur from using our technology or the products that you buy on our website. We promise to work tirelessly to make sure you get the best service possible. Unfortunately we aren't perfect. Sometimes we're going to make mistakes. If you're ever unhappy with your experience using Luckybolt, please, let us know and we will do everything within our power to make amends.
We do not currently have a formal refund policy. All refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
We will always be looking out for you. That's the bottom line. It really doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. We do not ever share any of our customer's information with anyone. If for some reason anyone should ever try to force us to give them access to your information, we plan on fighting to protect your privacy.
Terms for LuckyBolt Rewards
LuckyBolt offers the Rewards program to customers (including companies, organizations, and individual consumers) at its sole discretion. There are no membership fees associated with LuckyBolt Rewards. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
You will earn Points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of one (1) Point for each One Dollar ($1.00) you spend purchasing items from LuckyBolt. Taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, may also be excluded and ineligible for Point accrual. Points may be earned and awarded in fractional amounts depending on the value of your purchase.
If you void a purchase made with your LuckyBolt account, LuckyBolt will deduct the Points that you were awarded for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Point balance on your account. If you are refunded for an item that you purchased LuckyBolt may deduct Points from your account.
Your Points, Rewards, and your LuckyBolt account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) LuckyBolt Rewards account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, LuckyBolt also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the LuckyBolt Rewards program any LuckyBolt account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive is defined as no Points earned. In the event that your LuckyBolt account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
LuckyBolt reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the LuckyBolt Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
After you earn five hundred (500) Points in a 12-month period, you reach the “Farmer Level" and your Point balance is reset to zero (0). Any Points, including fractional Points, earned after reaching the Farmer Level expire six (6) months after the calendar month in which you earned them. For example, if you earn Points on May 5, 2016, they will expire on December 1, 2016. Farmer Level Rewards may include:
One (1) free drink or food item after every five hundred (500) additional Points earned after reaching the Farmer Level. Your LuckyBolt account will automatically be credited with a Reward that you can redeem for one (1) free food or beverage item after every 500 additional Points earned above the five hundred (500) Points you needed to reach the Farmer Level."
