Our terms are simple. By using Luckybolt you agree not to hold The Luckybolt Company liable for any damages that you incur from using our technology or the products that you buy on our website. We promise to work tirelessly to make sure you get the best service possible. Unfortunately we aren't perfect. Sometimes we're going to make mistakes. If you're ever unhappy with your experience using Luckybolt, please, let us know and we will do everything within our power to make amends.

Refund Policy

We do not currently have a formal refund policy. All refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy

We will always be looking out for you. That's the bottom line. It really doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. We do not ever share any of our customer's information with anyone. If for some reason anyone should ever try to force us to give them access to your information, we plan on fighting to protect your privacy.

Terms for LuckyBolt Rewards

EARNING POINTS

LuckyBolt offers the Rewards program to customers (including companies, organizations, and individual consumers) at its sole discretion. There are no membership fees associated with LuckyBolt Rewards. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

You will earn Points based on the value of your purchase from LuckyBolt. See Rewards Tiers and Redeeming Points section for specifics regarding points accrual. Taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, may also be excluded and ineligible for Point accrual. Points may be earned and awarded in fractional amounts depending on the value of your purchase.

If you void a purchase made with your LuckyBolt account, LuckyBolt will deduct the Points that you were awarded for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Point balance on your account. If you are refunded for an item that you purchased, LuckyBolt may deduct Points earned on that purchase from your account.

Your Points, Rewards, and your LuckyBolt account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) LuckyBolt Rewards account that is personal to you.

Without notice to you, LuckyBolt reserves the right to suspend any LuckyBolt Rewards and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in LuckyBolt Rewards if LuckyBolt determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. LuckyBolt may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in LuckyBolt Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.

LuckyBolt reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the LuckyBolt Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.

REWARDS TIERS AND REDEEMING POINTS

After you earn twenty (20) Points, you reach the “Gardener Level” and are on your way to earning rewards.

After you earn two hundred and fifty (250) Points, you reach the “Farmer Level" and begin to accrue points at the rate of one and a half (1.5) Points for each one dollar ($1.00) you spend purchasing items from LuckyBolt (see Earning Points section above for exclusions).

After you earn five hundred (500) points, you are automatically credited a Reward for 100% off any eligible food or drink item. Your Points balance is reset to zero (0), and you will continue to accrue points at the rate of one and a half (1.5) Points for each one dollar ($1.00) you spend purchasing items from LuckyBolt (see Earning Points section above for exclusions).

You will continue to earn a Reward for 100% off any eligible food or drink item each subsequent time you accrue five hundred (500) points at the “Farmer Level”.
